Hello,

All of a sudden my workflows created within SharePoint 2013 Designer have stopped working. I am receiving a message stating "Some workflows may not be shown. We were unable to reach the workflow service". I have uninstalled Designer 2013, reinstalled it, reapplied all its updates and service packs and cleared the cache here: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache and here: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache but the message didn't go away. Can someone please help? I don't know what else to do and so many workflows have stopped!

    Cliff,

Hello! So, I am the administrator. I'm a bit green in troubleshooting SharePoint 2016 On-Prem and SharePoint Designer 2013. but this is in regard to SharePoint 2016 On-Prem environment that is using the SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow platform for workflows. The steps I took to resolve this issue in the past is what fixed the message below, but I am not getting the same result. I don't see anything within MS Ticketing system that directs me to get help with SharePoint 2016 > SharePoint Designer 2013...

    Dear Pacheco000,

I'm afraid that it may be a workflow display issue in your tenant and needs to be fixed by the related team directly.

If you aren't the administrator, I suggest you contact the administrator in your company and let him follow the steps in Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible.

About admin roles in the Microsoft 365 admin center - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

The administrator should be able to open the support ticket from Help & support in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Then you can select the Phone support or the Email support as follows.

Thanks for your effort and hope that the issue can be soon resolved by the related team.

    Sincerely

    Cliff | Microsoft Community Moderator
