Excel web app version - Pivot table - Refresh data on file open - not working

Hi

We have been using excel for a number of years in the online web app version and have created lots of reports with pivot tables. These have been set to 'refresh data on file open' and have been working fine until recently.

In the last couple of days we have noticed that the excel web app version has stopped refreshing on page open and the only way to refresh the pivots is manually, which is not helpful for reporting.

We have tried a number of different accounts (personal and work so can't be a specific setup issue) and the behaviour is the same on all excel documents (new & existing).

Has something changed or broken with the refreshing of pivot tables on document open in the online web app version? Interestingly the same documents opened in desktop excel behave as expected.

Thanks
