SMTP Problem

Hi There,

I am facing issues in SMTP configuration. I have a business subscription of Microsoft Office 365. Can you please help me with SMTP Host, Port Number and other settings ?

Thanks for your update. Since you've already used this configuration and failed for some unexpected reason.

In this situation, to better locating this given issue which need to check on the backend from the server-side.

Hi There,

Thanks for the quick response.

We have already tried using this SMTP configuration but it is not working for some reason. Please give us some alternatives as we are using these settings to submit the forms from my website but forms are not going through. Please check and let me know.

According to your description, I'd be happy to help you with your SMTP configuration.

Here are the SMTP settings for Office 365:

SMTP Host: smtp.office365.com

Port Number: 587

Encryption Method: STARTTLS

You will also need to provide your Office 365 email address and password for authentication. Please make sure that you have enabled SMTP authentication in your email client or application.
