Hello,

Several employees in my company are experiencing this message: "The specified list is invalid The specified list might have been deleted or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the site owner for more information." When trying to access any files in their Teams Group. This is not company wide, however, it is affecting multiple people. Sharepoint is also not working for these employees.

    Dear Alana,

Regarding "When trying to access any files in their Teams Group.", may I know whether the issue happens when you click on the Files tab in Teams and when you access the associated document library in SharePoint Online?

If it is convenient, upload some related screenshots for our reference.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

From the information "Several employees in my company are experiencing this message", it seems that the issue doesn't happen with all users. Could you contact the site owner and let him go to the connected site in SharePoint Online to see whether the library is removed?

If you aren't the administrator, I suggest you contact him use the Website tab to embed the library in Teams to see whether you can see the library in Teams.

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience.

Thank you for your effort and time.

    Sincerely

    Hi there,

Several people in my organization were getting the below screen when trying to access our files. Additionally, any reports we had uploaded into Teams files were not working via Sharepoint. The link would say the file is not available or to check our internet connection. We did try to reload the files, restart our computers, and restart teams, however, the files would not load.

    Dear Alana,

After involving more resources, there is an on-going incident SP730432 "Users may be unable to access SharePoint Online" in SharePoint Online which may be related to the issue in your environment.

Current status: Our investigation has determined that the third-party ISP isn't related to the root cause of impact and we've updated the Title, User impact, and Scope of impact to match this new understanding. We're working with affected users to gather DNS configuration settings and network trace logs to help us better understand the cause of impact, allow us to resolve the issue.

To resolve the issue, I suggest you I suggest you contact the administrator in your school and let him follow the steps in Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible. Some network logs may be needed to resolve the issue in your environment.

About admin roles in the Microsoft 365 admin center - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

The administrator should be able to open the support ticket from Help & support in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Then you can select the Phone support or the Email support as follows.

Thanks for your effort and hope that the issue can be soon fixed by our related team.

    Sincerely
