Sensitivity labels disappear when using MIP SDK

Hi!

I am using the MIP SDK to decrypt protected Office files, change the content and re encrypt them again.

Everything is fine if the encrypted packaged contains the MSIP_Label...-properties in the Document Summary Information-Stream.

If those properties are missing, the label information is lost after re-encryption.

Office can handle label information if those properties are missing.

So there must be a bug in the MIP SDK.
