How to change the language of the Microsoft Loop DESKTOP app (so not the webinterface)

Question

For some strange reason MS Loop gives me a French interface while I'm Dutch and also understand English.
All my setting are eithe dutch or Englisch, so how do I get rid of this French on my DESKTOP app?

That does not change the interface language. This option is only for the spell checking.

[FIXED] [WORKAROUND]

After a long time without the proper answer/fix/feature, I've decided to investigate it.
I've ran some tests and found out that the PWA installed in my Laptop opened in pt-BR with my Work account and in en-US with my personal account.
So, after inspecting every request and opening every file (AppManifest.xml and so on...) I've found an extension that got the job done.

STEP BY STEP

1. Add the Requestly Extension to your Browser.
   • Edge Requestly - Intercept, Modify & Mock HTTP Requests - Microsoft Edge Addons
   • Chrome Requestly - Intercept, Modify & Mock HTTP Requests (google.com)
2. Open the Extension
3. Create a new rule
   1. Use the "Query Param" type of rule
      1. -- Options
         • URL
         • Wildcard (Default is "Contains" you should replace it)
         • https://loop*microsoft/* (PWA may use the old URL, without the .cloud.microsoft, so I've adapted this to work with both)
         • Param locale
         • Value en-us (en-US for English, use your desired language)
4. Save the Rule
5. Test the rule using the following URL https://loop.cloud.microsoft/?clientType=pwa

KNOWN ISSUES

• First time you open MS Loop (PWA install for Desktop) it may open in the wrong language, press CRTL + R to refresh and it adjusts the language.
• Sometimes the Extension Rule does not work. Delete it and create a new one, it should do the trick.

This thread is about the Loop client, not the web app.

For the local desktop app, just

• uninstall Loop.
• Go to https://loop.cloud.microsoft/?locale=en and you will see the web app in English.
• Look for the install button next to the URL (is diferent if you use chrome or edge, but easy to find either way) and install the desktop.
• It will start in English.

This is finally the only thing, that works to change language of Loop App (which is just a website opened in edge).

Is there some addon to do this, which doesn't require login?

Wish Microsoft could add a language selector to loop.

What setting determines the language Loop (edge) selects? It's not the browser language, not OS language, not Loop page in Edge language (this only works when installing/starting the App from Edge with wihle on loop.cloud.microsoft?locale=en-us ; when starting from Taskbar doesn't work.

Many users have Loop in japanese (HQ in Japan), which is annoying...

This only work on 1st start of Loop from website with parameter. When started from Taskbar it's the (unreachable) Loop setting again.
