Azure Devops: Status reason should only be created under State

We should have option to select parent state when adding new status reason field

Lets say I have Active/In progress/Pending/Resolved state

  1. When adding new status reason it should always ask me in which State you need display this newly created Status reason field

Like Add new status reason = Resolved - Moved to Dev

This option is only visible when I select state to "Resolved"
