Errors updating 2019 server

Question

I'm currently having issues updating one(though there are others) of my 2019 servers. It's fairly new and has a duplicate(paired) server that has no issues updating. The original error popping up is 800F0922. Googling doesn't help as I've tried most if not all the "fixes" that come up. I've just recently came into the same error on some older 2012 servers and removing an installed backup agent fixed their update issues, but these 2019 servers don't have that same app on it. There are two differences in programs installed on the two 2019 paired servers, but I wanted to see if these entries in the logs gave away any clues as to why the updates are failing on one server, but not on a practically identical server.

I've tried manually installing a few updates, but get the same errors/reverting of the updates.

Note I removed the name of my WSUS and the port from below

I suggest you to try out these methods https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/windows-update-troubleshooting

If none of then works then my last recommendation would be to try booting to a Windows Server 2019 ISO and instead of installing, run a repair.
