ONEDRIVE SHAREPOINT NOT LOADING

Anonymous

Hi,

everytime I try to access onedrive sharepoint, the site continues to load and eventually ends up with a "site cannot be reached".

This also happens with other browsers. However, if I use my personal hotspot, it loads. I've tried resetting my modem, disconnecting/connecting my wifi as well. The same case is happening to my iPad too.

    Hi All,

Sorry for all the inconveniences it may have caused on your side.

The issue you reported seems to be related to the Service Incident. This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident OD730433 - Users may be unable to access the OneDrive for Business, starting on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 4:00 PM UTC.

User impact: Users may be unable to access the OneDrive for Business.

We're working with affected users to gather DNS configuration settings and network trace logs to help us better understand the cause of impact, allow us to resolve the issue.

However, if you tenant is not affected by this tenant, you still cannot access OneDrive, please let your Microsoft 365 Administrator try raising a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business The more reports they receive from different customers, the more likely they will be able to find something affects users in common, do investigation and fix it soon.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Hi,

I'm having the exact same issue since March 8th, 2024. I've tried everything, as well as what Sophia Papadopoulos suggested below, still the same issue.

Please let me know if anything changes.

    Thanks,

    Jackie

    Dear Giannina Victoria Gomez,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and I would like to convey that I have tested the behavior at my end where I am able to access the OneDrive and SharePoint Online without any issue.

Since you mentioned you can access the OneDrive and SharePoint Online when connected with the personal hotspot without any issue and the same problem happens on different browsers, then I would like to suggest you flush DNS on your Windows device and check the outcome:

Open your Command Prompt as an administrator> Type ipconfig /flushdnsand click Enter > Now check whether you are having the same issue.

Note: If you are using the Mac OS, then please refer to the following article: How to Flush DNS Cache on a Mac (lifewire.com)

If still the same, then believe the issue needs to be further checked by the related development team by collecting the fiddler logs. Therefore, I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 Admin Center, where the related team will investigate the issue further by collecting the fiddler logs.

Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Learn with Microsoft

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have administrator privileges, and if you are not an administrator for your Office 365 organization, contact the administrator to create a new ticket.

I do regret for redirecting you to the related development team support as the moderators of this community have limited resources to collect and investigate the fiddler logs and get the quick and better assistance, we requested for this.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
