Hi,
I need master depth to maintain some master attributes of a table in sql Dara warehouse
I tried some web tser interface, unfortunately all are licensed software which I don't have Capex
Please help, anything I can use , free tool with sql14 or sql19

I have no idea what you mean by "master depth" but I assume that you mean that you want a GUI (application) which show the table data in a grid and provide option to edit he data using the GUI.
If this is your need then:
If you are using Azure Database, then there is a new tool in the portal which is in preview. It named: Azure portal's query editor
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/connect-query-portal
Use it on your own responsibility as it is still in preview
It allows you to view the table data in grid and edit the data in the grid
Go to the Portal -> go the database -> on the left menu click on "query editor (preview)"
The editor will opened -> find the table which you want to edit the data -> right click the table -> Select: Edit Data (preview)
click on the value which you want to edit and edit it
If you are using On-premises SQL Server then there are multiple third party applications. Please clarify if you want to use the browser or a desktop app

Just wondering if you have found an appropriate solution for your need?
Recently i have similar need to provide a simple web UI for database table view in grid/excel format - but to offer the possibility for user to update incorrect data - by adding audit logs of what has been updated & comments.
Any suggestions are really appreciated.
