Organizer (Outlook -EAS) cancel the recurring meeting, but request stuck in Outlook Outbox folder.

Question

Organize created a recurring event and send the invite to multiple attendee (EAS and & Non EAS).
Now Organizer cancel the complete recurring event. But somehow, cancellation request stuck in the Outlook Outbox folder.

Also, "To" is empty and most of the time when we cancel the recurring meeting request outlook fails to send a notification to the participants due to it.

What's the detailed information about your Exchange server version and client version?

Have you tried using OWA to cancel the meeting and verify the result again?
