    Hi,

I am getting the continue setup button but when I click it it says domain setup complete but never provides any DNS records, then when I head back to the domain page it again says Incomplete Setup.

Please let me know why this is happening.

    Thank you

You should get continue setup option under three dots. If you are not getting this option, you should open request to Microsoft for resolution. Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    Hello Vaidya,

I believe that you are correct, I need to setup and verify my DNS records. I watched the video. I went to Admin Center > Setup > Get your custom domain set up > Get started. At that point it takes me to Admin Center > Settings > Domains, where I can see my domain name in incomplete status. Where can I find the DNS records required so I can add and verify the DNS records.

I read the article Gather the information you need to create DNS records

It states "On the Domains page, select your domain, then select Continue setup." When I select my domain I do not have an option Continue setup. At the top I can select Set as default and Refresh, if I select the three dots in the row with my domain name the only option is Set as default.

    Hi TT,

    Good day.

Thank you for contacting us on Microsoft community. I am glad to assist you here.

According to the description "my domains shows a status of Incomplete setup", it seems like you may need to setup and verify DNS records of your domain with your Domain hosting provider for Microsoft 365. You may need to follow below articles:

Add a domain to Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    ===========================================================================

If you are still facing issues for domain, I would like to share some more specific information with you, as Microsoft 365 global admin may need to contact our Microsoft 365 support team via open service request so that they can check few things from their backend side resources.

Because, since we forum moderators do not have any authority to collect certain information on this public forum for data security reason, but our frontline support team can connect to global admin with their resources to collect some required information for further escalation if it is required.

Here is document for global admin to open service request (Online Option): Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Important note: If any organization's Office 365 Business/Business/Education subscription is from a syndicated partner or reseller, and if the global admin can't open the service request on their end, they may need to contact the reseller's support provider so they can help the global admin to open the service request on their end. after the Office 365 support team will involve in the created service request.

Your cooperation precious time is highly appreciated.

    Sincerely

    Vaidya Darpan
