Conditional formatting based on date and status

I have a work tracker list that provides a Due Date column and a Status column. When searching for a solution to my issue, I could only find articles about conditional formatting based solely on a date. But I need to find a way to mark a row (or just a cell in a row) red, if the Status is NOT "Completed" and the Due Date has passed. I can do this in Excel with a formula, but I can't figure out how to do this in Lists. Has anyone been able to do this?
