Same problem here in Brazil. I was trying to move a folder and this error appeared. Waiting for solutions.
Same problem here,
I don't understand that in a supposedly professional File management system you cannot even move a folder ...
Hi Nicolò Chierichetti,
Any updates on the issue? Did you find any permanent fixes? We have similar issue in the Picture Library.
Thanks,
Pratik
Dear Nicolò Chierichetti,
Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with moving a folder in your OneDrive for Business storage space. Based on the error message you provided, it seems that the URL you are trying to move the folder to is not valid or does not exist.
Please ensure that the URL you are trying to move the folder to is correct and exists in your OneDrive for Business storage space. You can also try moving the folder to a different location to see if the issue persists.
If the issue continues, you may try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser(Edge, Chrome, Firefox) to see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue still persists, I understand how frustrating this situation can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I believe the problem is related to the back end where it needs to further check by the related team by collecting the background logs.
So, I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center, where the related team will collect the logs and find out the cause of the problem. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.
