@قتادة العاني , Generally every consumer service provides recovery codes which you can use in case you have lost access to the authenticator application . You can try to find the recover codes for those services if you have them . If you do not remember setting them up or downloading them then you will need to contact each and every service separately .
Another way is that if you had setup backup for your authenticator data within the app . Then you can install authenticator app and then follow the steps in the article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/user-help/user-help-auth-app-backup-recovery#recover-your-account-credentials-on-your-new-device
Please do not setup backup in authenticator first else it will erase the last backup if any . First follow this to setup recovery and then take it forward.
