Cancel a Subscription

Question

I use GoDaddy for my Microsoft 365, however have bought a Microsoft Teams Phone subscription, which was possible, despite GoDaddy controlling my admin centre. Specifically, I was able to open the following link and be able to buy the subscription: https://admin.microsoft.com/catalog?adminportal=0. There was no redirect to GoDaddy at the time despite they control my Microsoft 365 admin centre.

I now need to cancel the subscription and cannot access the Microsoft 365 admin centre on https://admin.microsoft.com/catalog?adminportal=0. This subscription was not taken out through GoDaddy so they wont help me. Can anyone tell me how to contact Microsoft to help me? Is there an e-mail address or a ticket I can raise somewhere? I have tried calling and everything keeps directing me to the Microsoft 365 admin centre which I cannot access.

If your host/domain is from Go daddy then Microsoft will refer you back to them.

Try to check what type of subscription you have and check from your order history which account these subscriptions was purchased.
