Arranging VBA Window

I am finding it impossible to arrange the VBA window so that Project is in the top left corner about 1/4 of the window width, Properties in the bottom left corner with about 1/4 of the window width, leaving the right 3/4 for coding.

I currently have the window below and cannot figure what to do to accomplish this. I have docking checked.

Thanks

Drag the title bar of the Properties window to the left of the bottom edge.

    .

Then drag the divider between the two windows downwards.

Drag the title bar of the Project Explorer window away from below the toolbars and towards the left-hand edge of the Visual Basic Editor.

When the mouse pointer reaches the left-hand edge, you should see the outline change. Release the mouse button; the Project Explorer should snap to the left edge.

Next, drag the title bar of the Properties window to the left and down. Move the mouse pointer to the bottom edge below the Project Explorer window to make it snap to the lower left corner.

Finally, adjust the width of the windows and drag the bar separating the two windows so that both have approximately the same height.

Here's what I have now, but would like the project and properties shortened and put the project on top and properties underneath on left side

I think we crossed paths with your email mail and my trying to fix this. But I now have this and can't figure how to separate the 2 windows so that project is on top and properties on bottom. Dragging the title bar doesn't do it

I apologize for different iterations, but it is quite frustrating, must be me. Here's my last iteration for now and thanks for your patience. Just how to get these ...project top left and properties bottom left.
