Need help activating Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription (E5)

I am getting following error when trying to activate my Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription (E5) Benefit. Can you please help?

We can't set up your subscription right now. The service might be unavailable. Please try your request again. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-edf8-4c78-9b6d-e5c88e17c4ea Code: 50003
