Why do I keep getting renewal emails from Microsoft and how do I ensure that I do not lose me emails?

I have got an email address with GoDaddy. I keep getting emails from Microsoft saying my trial is ended and I need to buy a subscription. When I click to do this I am taken to the Go Daddy website where it shows all of my renewals are up to date. GoDaddy have said that all is fine there end but I need to contact Microsoft directly. I am concerned that I will lose access to my email account as of the 13/01/24
