Because this issue needs to be investigated from the backend side via remote assistance and this forum has limited resources, members here don’t have permission to be able to investigate this issue. You will need to contact technical support with higher privileges who can help you investigate the issue via remote assistance. And if you want to contact the Higher Authority Support Team, you need connect your administrator to open the support ticket. Because you need to provide some tenant information to the Support Team. Please refer to my suggestions above.
