Sharepoint syncing issue

We have been experiencing SharePoint syncing issues with our local sync folder for the past week. When users sync from the SharePoint library, it initially syncs to the local folder. However, they have to resync 2 or 3 times daily because the sync folder disappears from their PCs.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Updated OneDrive
  • Reinstalled OneDrive
  • Reset OneDrive
  • Unlinked the PC and added it again
  • Cleared credentials from Credential Manager and added them again
  • Checked the file name character size, which appears to be normal.

Please help me to fix this issue

    Sorry that it brought a lot of inconvenience for you. Because this issue needs to be investigated from the backend side via remote assistance and this forum has limited resources, members here don’t have permission to be able to investigate this issue. You will need to contact technical support with higher privileges who can help you investigate the issue via remote assistance. And if you want to contact the Higher Authority Support Team, you need connect your administrator to open the support ticket. Because you need to provide some tenant information to the Support Team. Please refer to my suggestions above.

    Good day. Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

    Based on your description, many users in your organization encountered the same issue on syncing SharePoint library. And I noticed you have tried everything the client can try. I guess this issue might related to your tenant account or the tenant's on-premises environment.

    I’m afraid this issue needs to investigate from the backend side via remote assistance. As this forum has limited recourse, I recommend you connect the admin in your tenant and let him open the support ticket to backend support team, they have more permission than us, and they have more resources to investigate the issue from the backend, they have Escalate channel to escalate your issue to check more and collect log reports for the root cause.
