    Hello, shalu kumari

I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. When you mentioned that you found a similar issue and tried the suggested solutions, I noticed that there were quite a few methods listed. Could you kindly specify which of these methods you have already attempted?

Additionally, could you inform us of the usual file path where your document is saved?

Also, are you currently using your company’s network, account, or devices to access the document?

    1. Open and Repair:

    Open Excel.

    Go to "File" > "Open."

Navigate to the location of the corrupted XLSX file.

Select the file, click on the arrow next to the "Open" button, and choose "Open and Repair."

    1. Use Excel :

    update Microsoft Excel.

    1. Copy and Paste:

    Open a new Excel workbook.

Try opening the corrupted file in Notepad.

    Copy the content from Notepad.

Paste the content into the new Excel workbook.

    1. Recover Previous Version:

    Right-click on the corrupted file.

    Select "Properties."

Go to the "Previous Versions" tab.

Check if there's a previous version of the file available and restore it.

but the previous version is empty in the tab.

    1. Try on Another Computer:

If possible, try opening the file on another computer with a window not working but the library office and google sheet worked successfully.

    1. Try online xlsx viwer :

Open successfully on online XLSX Viewer.

The only issue occurs on Microsoft Excel

    Hello, shalu kumari

It seems you’ve tried a comprehensive list of troubleshooting steps. Since the file opens successfully in Google Sheets and an online XLSX viewer, the issue appears to be specific to Microsoft Excel on your computer.

Here are a couple more suggestions:

Safe mode: Sometimes add-ins can cause issues with opening files. Starting a Microsoft Office in Safe Mode can allow you to safely use it if you need help in identifying an add-in or extension that may be causing a problem on startup.

Clean Boot: A clean boot which starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can be used to determine whether a background service or program is interfering or causing a problem. These steps might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step.
