Microsoft 365 Developer Program, Admin account locked out

I need to reset my authenticator for my admin account, but I don't see any way of doing that. The help states you need to contact your adminsitrator, but I am the administrator, and that account is the administrator account.

I am at a loss as to how to resolve this. I need access to my Microsoft 365 Developer Program environment. I tried deleting and recreating the subscription, but the problem continues on the new subscription...

I don't want to make a phonecall, if someone could give me an email address where I can contact Microsoft to get this resolved, it would be appreciated.
