I just got a new phone and factory reset my old phone. My Microsoft authenticator app now is not on my old phone and not logged in on my new phone. When i have come into work to log onto my emails etc i need an authenticator code from my app and come to realisation its not transferred over and to log in on the new app i need to authenticate the code which i cant or scan a QR code. I was wondering if you could help please.
