Visual Studio 2019 .Net Core Publish to Azure failed.

I am attempting to publish a .Net Core 3.1 Web App from Visual Studio 2019 to Azure. I am receiving the following error message : "Web deployment task failed. (Web Deploy experienced a connection problem with the server and had to terminate the connection. Contact your server administrator if the problem persists. Learn more at: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=221672#ERROR_CONNECTION_TERMINATED.)" The referenced article had no reference to ERROR_CONNECTION_TERMINATED. Any ideas?

You can try the following steps:

Check your Azure subscription and account, make sure it is available, and you could connect it via the Visual Studio 2019.

Refer the article: Troubleshoot on Azure App Service, and check the log, is there any detailed error message?

Are you running Fiddler? If so, try closing Fiddler and republishing the application.

Reboot the machine, and then republish the application.

Recreate a new simple sample and try to publish the application to azure. If its success, there might have some error in your application.
