Microsoft admin login

Question

I cannot login to Microsoft admin account,

I cannot reset my password (Your account not enrolled for self password reset, I'm the admin of the Microsoft account)

I cannot get business support because I cannot login.

I need some help to find to start point to recover my account.

Is there anyone who knows the way to contact support without login?

Based on your description,you're having trouble with your account authentication. Seems you need assistance resetting the password for the admin account.

Please refer to the inofrmation below:
 
1.) If you are not the only afmin in your tenant, please contact another administrator to follow the steps in Reset passwords - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to reset your password. After reseting, you would be able to log in using the new password.
 
2.) If you're the only admin in your organization, since our forum is a public platform, we are not allowed or suitable to collect customers' account information. In this situation, please Find Microsoft 365 support phone numbers for business by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support to contact our support. Support will help reset password for you. They will keep your account safe and sucure.
