Dear Community Engagement Manager,

I've had a very frustrating day and spent at least 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft and no one was able to help me.

Are you able to please set up a call so that I can access my Microsoft 365 Business account?

I was kept on the phone twice, an hour each time, and call was dropped both times. I tried calling back numerous times but was not able to connect with anyone, and again the calls kept being disconnected. My experience with Microsoft has been terrible today and I would appreciate if we could connect on Monday to resolve my issue.

    I am sorry Volunteer Coordinator,

    But I do not have a phone number to call so please provide one if you can.

    Also to this day no one has called me back and explained what happened. Why was my credit card charged for a business account? How can I log in to my business account to cancel this subscription? I am very frustrated and disappointed with Microsoft services, and more so their customer service.

    Please kindly reimburse me for the money that was taken from me and let me know how I can log in to this business account that I was tricked into opening, and now can not access.

    My cell phone is 416 886 7277 and my email address is ******@gmail.com.

    I purchased MS 365 Personal Subscription from Costco 2 days ago. Installation failed due to OS operating system is too old. I purchased a new Mac yesterday and installation still failed. Ask me to contact Tech support - yet I cannot access it through my Microsoft account. I like to get some help now. Subscription has been activated yet I cannot installed the product. Can someone call me back or text me to better understand how I can get some live assistance.

    I am sorry but I got very frustrated with so many dropped/ended calls (for no reason) yesterday. It is unacceptable customer service.

    You may contact phone support they can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number etc. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support

    Moreover, if the ticket has already been escalated to the data protection team, it may take a few weeks to resolve.
