Sensitivity Labels

I created three sensitivity labels and they only show in Exchange as the only location that the sensitivity labels will apply. Through out the configuration for the publication it only shows this location: "User & Groups" and if you see the screenshot: Published labl location only shows Exchange not Sharepoint or items. Is there a power shell or anything missing in Microsoft today that we need to add through PowerShell? Like a powershell to add locations to the labels like Microsoft Apps or SharePoint files? Read the screenshot "Published to"

No labels are showing after 24 hours inside Word, Excel or PDFs. I have the right labels and licenses as the labels are showing in Emails, Groups and SharePoint as a whole but not individual files, not in documents ribbons or description:
