Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Steve Jones**,**
Good day!! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.
To help you with this issue I need some additional information for next step:
- May I know your affected account type and subscription? Is it Microsoft365 business or Microsoft Personal account (outlook.com/Hotmail.com/live.com) or any third-party account?
- Are you a global administrator user or an End user?
- Do you have access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
- Do you have hybrid configuration or environment? or running as fully cloud environment?
You can call the directly for more information about this: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.
Here are all ways of contacting Microsoft support:

Since it's an important scenario, you can raise a service request with your contact information so that a support engineer can engage and help you directly. If you do not have the Global administrator role, you must contact your Global admin/IT admin to fix this issue. ask them to raise a service request.
- To do that, please ask the global administrator to go to "Microsoft 365 admin center".
- Please follow this article: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
- On right bottom corner click on "Help & support" after that choose the "contact support".
- Fill out the required information in the form, including a description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Click on the "Create" button to submit your request.
- Once your request is submitted, a support engineer will be assigned to your case and will contact you to provide assistance.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
If neither of these step's work, please let me know and we can explore other options.
Thanks for choosing the MS community.
Looking forward to your response and have a great day ahead!!
