Hello,

I was charged 4.80 on my debit card. I don't know why or how this card got billed as I don't have subscription for Microsoft applications since 2021. How is this possible.

Please advise.

Please provide me with a phone number for billing support so that I can get this issue resolved. I am being charged for 12 license and I have been paying $159.15 for the past 3 months. I only have 1 PC and my monthly subscription should only be $12.50/month for 1 license, plus I will need to get reimbursed for the 11 licenses that I have been paying for since 2/2024. I'm not sure how this billing mix-up occurred but I need to speak to someone from the billing department ASAP.

Thank you, and I appreciate your attention to this request.
