Where can I find "Development Tools" and "Logic App Designer" in my Azure Logic App?

I created a new Logic App in Azure, but I can't see the Logic App Designer.

    @Frank If you have created the Logic App under the Standard SKU then the option will be different. You need to navigate to Workflows and create a new workflow. This document cover how you can create the workflow and add the trigger/action.

    The same document covers the logic app under Consumption SKU where you see the option for Logic app Designer under Developer Tools section.
