Microsoft Synthex: Error While Creating Model

Anonymous
2024-06-20T12:26:19+00:00

As per mentioned in the title, I have been trying to create a new Syntex model, yet I am always greeted by the same error message:

'Error

Something went wrong. Please refresh this page and try again.

{"data":{"page":{"action":"provisioning","isBlocking":true,"isLoading":false,"isError":true,"errorDetails":{"message":"AvailablePackageNotFound: Unable to find an available package with unique name: SharePointFormProcessing","sessionId":"66db49***d2029fa"}},"model":null,"environment":null}}'

After closing the error message, the SharePoint page now presents:

'The database setup failed

AI Builder requires a Dataverse database. Hit retry to create a database to start using AI Builder.'

I haven't found an answer anywhere, so I was hoping to get some help.

Thank you for your time.

    Dear Diogo Freitas,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with creating a new Syntex model. Based on the error message you provided, it seems that the SharePointFormProcessing package is not available. This could be due to a temporary issue with the package or a configuration issue on your end.

    You may try following steps:

    1. Refresh the page and try creating the model again.
    2. If the issue persists, try creating a new Dataverse database and then retry creating the model.

If issue still happens, I'm very sorry about it. I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Online Support for further assistance. Reference:  Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

They have higher permission to remotely assist you and collect the logs for root cause. They will be able to provide more specific guidance based on your environment and configuration. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges and if you aren’t admin of your Office 365 organization, please contact the admin of creating a new ticket.

Has anyone resolved this issue yet other than brute force/manually fixing Dataverse permissions?

I have the same issue with tenant and client I'm currently working with and an open support ticket too.

So far we have been working with support for "weeks" with no fix or escalation to the Power Platform Product Team.

I don't think that should be the case seeing as my organization already has multiple Power Automate environments with databases associated. Is there any way to associate a specific environment to Syntex?

I was wondering if the error also stemmed from me being in Europe, seeing as, for example, in Power Automate's AI Hub, I can't select "Document Automation" as it's, per the footnote, "not available in your region"

    Thank you for your time.
