Microsoft Authenticator App does not let you reinstall your business accounts once you change your phone.
What happens is you end up being in a "loop" where, in order to authenticate the account, the app asks you to put the security code in the app itself which is not possible because you should have already been logged in to the app to authenticate yourself with the security code.
This problem is reported by many users.
In addition, it is not even possible to submit a business support request since your account must be already authenticated in order to submit the ticket.
There is no other solution than queueing for hours on the phone, waiting for the answer from a human and praying that you won't be cut off.
Microsoft's stupidity makes me astonished.
