Hello

Can we use the Change directory Option to transfer a Visual Studio Professional Subscription -MSDN to a New AD Tenant?

    Yes, you can transfer Azure Visual Studio Pro MSDN subscription from one Azure AD tenant to another tenant, as this subscription is not restricted to be used with any specific tenant. As long as you have subscription owner rights and have Global Admin access on both the existing and the new tenant, that you want to move the subscription to, you can change directory for the subscription.

    After transferring the subscription to the new tenant, you can still use the account (usually MSA or work account) to deactivate/disable the subscription via Visual Studio Subscription portal.

    Hi @AmanpreetSingh-MSFT i have created a new directory and transferred my visual studio professional subscription to the new directory. after one year there was issue in login to new directory with authenticator app so i deleted new director account in authenticator. now i am unable to login to new director in azure.
