Restoring OneDrive File older than 30 Days

I have a user who accidentally deleted a OneDrive folder. After going back and forth with the user and not being able to get on the same page to help them in the 30-day window, I'm looking for help on if you can restore files older than 30 days. We have a work or school account, which I see online has a 93 day holding period, any assistance would be great.

    Dear respected Cody Hildebrand,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, generally, if you're signed in with a work or school account, items in the recycle bin are automatically deleted after 93 days. If you don’t see the deleted items in the OneDrive web UI Recycle bin, they are in the second stage recycle bin. Even if you delete a file from your OneDrive Recycle bin, it will remain in the second stage recycle bin for the entire retention period (93 days – after which they are permanently deleted).

If you already checked stage recycle bin via access OneDrive web UI and cannot find a deleted Folder, then I'm afraid you raise a support ticket and report this issue to the related development team, they have higher permission and more resource to investigate this situation from back end and help you find other possible way to recover Folder. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.

I'm sorry and I apologize for that.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.
