This is happening across the board for people at my company, has something changed?

    We haven't received any reports about the issue currently in Microsoft 365.

    We did a quick test and it seems that I can't reproduce the issue at our side as well.

    It seems that the feature worked previously in your environment. I think that it may be an issue in your tenant.

    I'm afraid that our category may have limited resources on helping you fix the issue and it needs to be fixed by our related team directly.

    If you aren't the administrator, I suggest you contact the administrator in your company and let him follow the steps in Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible.

    The administrator should be able to open the support ticket from Help & support in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
