No Authenticator Access

Hi

I'm having Trouble login in to my Microsoft 365 account.

I'm in a loop where the authenticator is my access but I don't have access to it as I made the account only to have access to Office applications

I know the email , password and recovery email only that the authenticator is preventing me from getting access to the account

I want to change the payment method that's why I'm trying to gain access again

I tried calling customer support and led me to aka.ms/mssetup but i need to login before i can access it

if you have experience this please help me

    For your situation only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support.
