Authenticator app's passcode not working.

Hello. I need to use Microsoft Authenticator to access some files for work.

However, neither of these options, [Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app] or [Use a verification code], works.

For the first option, the request doesn't even pop up on my phone.

Things I have tried:

Restarting my phone.

Re-installing the app. (I'm running the latest version.)

Re-adding my account to the app.

Turning off VPN.

Turning off Wi-fi and back on.

Notifications are on.

If anyone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it!
