Trying to enroll our company into the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider program but when I try to apply your system does not recognize our company name even though the search finds our company name and DUNS #. Stuck, they system keeps blocking request.

    Dear randy schilling,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with enrolling your company into the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider program. Given your question about Azure AD, and the current forum channel you're posting focuses on Microsoft 365 for Business, especially Exchange Online builds.

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you contact Microsoft Support directly, Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. They will be able to assist you with troubleshooting the issue and provide you with the necessary steps to resolve it.

In the meantime, please consider this information:

    1. Ensure that the company name and other details you provided during enrollment match the official records. Microsoft verifies this information, including your company name, address, and primary contact details, Verify your account information - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn. If there are discrepancies, it might lead to issues during the enrollment process.
    2. Microsoft suspends Partner Center accounts for CSP under certain circumstances, such as significant account abuse, failed/rejected account profiles, or overdue payments, Restore a suspended Partner Center account - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn. Verify that your account is not suspended due to any of these reasons.
    3. If you’ve confirmed that your account is not suspended and the system still doesn’t recognize your company name, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support. They can assist you in resolving enrollment-related issues.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please do not hesitate to post your queries in Microsoft Community and we will always do our best to assist you!
