Microsoft office 365 access issue

I am a student and my university has given us access to Microsoft Office 365.

I can download and install Office 365 using my login ID, but whenever I open Word, it shows that it is unlicensed, and when I try to sign in to activate, it shows that the feature is disabled by the administration.

These are my licenses, and I also have a unique user identifier

    Dear SanMP,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

As per the description shared, I understand you are having the license to use the Microsoft 365 apps, and since you are receiving the activation error message with the Office apps, I would like to suggest you download & install the Microsoft SARA tool to troubleshoot the activation issue of the Office apps: About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant - Microsoft Support

If the same problem persists, I would like to suggest you give it a shot by resetting the Office apps activation state on the problematic device and see whether there is any success. Reference: Reset activation state for Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - Microsoft 365 Apps | Microsoft Learn (Method: Use scripts to automate the cleanup process)

If the same issue happens, we are sorry and I believe the problem should be further investigated by related development team via collecting Fiddler logs because there is no any related service incident reported at the Microsoft Service Health dashboard.

So, I request you to connect with your IT admin of your organization (How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support) and ask them to raise a new service request from the Microsoft 365 admin center so that the related development team will connect with you and investigate the issue further.

Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Note: We apologize for redirecting you to related development support team because the moderators in this community are limited with the resource for further investigation and to get a quick resolution to your problem, we requested it.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
