First, I do not understand why it's so hard to find a phone number to call someone and asking a billing question. Sec I have been changed each month $8.83 from Microsoft #G042750909 for my subscription however I go to save a homework paper and I am being told I do not have a subscription and I am over my store. I need answer as to what is going on.

    Dear Deann,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description regarding "Billing". My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this might be causing you. May I please know whether you are using Microsoft 365 Business subscription email account or Microsoft 365 Family / Personal (such as Outlook.com or hotmail.com)?

Since we are belonging to Microsoft Community site, our forum is available for public. Also, we are not authorized to check any users' billing details. It is suggested to directly contact Microsoft billing team by Phone support, for details, please check Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to provide account for further check to process refund.

Note: In most countries or regions, billing support for Microsoft 365 for business products and services is provided in English from 9 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday. Local language support varies by country or region.

If it is Microsoft 365 Family / Personal, please help to reply, we will involve the related support team for further assistance.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
