Two step access issue

Hello! I have a professional account which has a two step configuration. Issue is that, my previous phone (S23U) was stolen so I had to remotely erase data. Got my new phone (iP15PM) and obviously to login into my account I need a confirmation with Microsoft Auth. There is no other way I can access since it ask me for a MS AUTH confirmation or a Verification code generated by the MS AUTH app.

Can you please help me?
I completed the recovery form but I receive no confirmation at all.

Thank you!
