as miyeon has already said issues related to Authenticator are beyond the scope of Microsoft forum support however you could try these two things: I understand the difficulty of losing access to your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method as the admin and only user of an Office 365 account. Here are the steps to address this issue:

    1. **Use Alternate Verification Methods**:
      • If you've set up alternate verification methods like a secondary email or phone number, use these to verify your identity and sign in.
    2. **Microsoft Authenticator App**:

Microsoft’s direct support will be your most reliable resource for detailed steps and assistance, especially considering the sensitivity of account access and security issues. Remember, it's crucial to keep all account recovery information up to date to avoid such issues in the future.

    Hi Anh Nguyen8,

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are currently experiencing problems with Authenticator. Unfortunately, issues related to Authenticator are beyond the scope of Microsoft forum support, and there is a dedicated section in Microsoft Learn (English only) for this issue, designed to support Authenticator users like you.

This is the link to the forum where you can suggest details and share your ideas for solving the problem.

In closing, while I can't help you further, I hope the information I've provided will help you find a better direction. I will file this question away in case our great volunteers come up with ideas for you.

    Best regards

    Miyeon |Microsoft Community Support Specialist
