    Select File > Options.

Select Advanced in the navigation pane on the left.

Clear the check box "After pressing Enter, move selection".

    Click OK.

I don't have an "options" choice under "files". Where is it?

Select the File tab on the ribbon. Options is at the very bottom in the menu on the left. However, if you are working in Excel 365 online these options are not available. They are only available in the desktop version.
