Password reset

Really I have assumed the responsibilities of an account previously managed by an administrator who has departed, yet I have only logged in once due to the prevailing constraints. This situation is peculiar, to say the least. Curiously, my predecessor continues to log in successfully, whereas access remains denied to me. As one of several administrators within the company, I am loath to request a daily password reset from my colleagues, as this process is both cumbersome and unsustainable. I am unable to reconcile with the occurrence of such unnecessary incidents. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter with expedience.
