why do I get an error "Failed to insert user." when uploading multiple users?

    Thanks for the update, It sounds like you’ve hit the directory object quota limit for your Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant. This limit restricts the number of directory objects (like users, groups, and devices) that can be created within your tenant.

    It will require technical depth to increase the quota for your tenant and we suggest raising a service request with Microsoft Azure team to help check the quota and way forward for your tenant. IF you do have the global Admin privileges, please access the Azure admin portal and raise service request directly from there to the Azure team to handle the issue.

    Access the Admin center >Identity >New support request >Issue type should be technical and service type is Microsoft Entra Directories and domains and problem subtype should be Users.

    I was able to upload several users using csv file. I think our problem can be resolved by increasing the tenant quota since we have reached 100%.
