Help with Microsoft Authenticator App

Please help, Microsoft Authenticator is providing 8-digit codes, but I require codes of exactly 6 digits. My Microsoft account shows that I should be able to log in using a code whether emailed to me or via SMS, but none of these options are working.

I would really like to speak to a person to solve this issue, but there are no options for this in Australia.

I have been trying for weeks to solve this issue, and it is impacting on my work and ability to support other people.

    Please, Please help me

    The Microsoft Authenticator app is not working on my new iPhone which I had to purchase.

    I have read all of the forum posts but none apply to me and I don’t know how to reach Microsoft. Support

    Years ago I could have figured this out but not now

    For now I still have access to my old phone

    I desperately need my phone to work and I am scared of being locked out.

    Can someone please point me in the right direction. ******@live.ca
