the partner reported that all users were unable to sign in to their Office 365 accounts and were not receiving emails. Upon investigation, I identified that the GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges) relationship had expired. I informed the partner that they would need to reaccept the GDAP relationship using the Global Admin credentials of the affected tenant to allow us access for further troubleshooting.

Additionally, I provided Microsoft support contact numbers to assist in resetting the Global Admin account. However, the partner has reported challenges with the call, stating that it remains on hold for an extended period without response

is there maybe a quicker way for us to get the global admin account issue resolved ? so we can regain access and further troubleshoot the issue.

Regarding the admin MFA issue only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number etc. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support
