Couldn't Refresh Data Types: data type Currency; We need to fix your account........

Hi

I am disappointed that this verry question has been raised over a year ago and it is still not solved.

By when Microsoft is planning to have this issue fixed?

Funny is that I click on sign out and then the issue connection problem is solved without signing me out.

I have created a form for other users and I cannot share this form as long as this issue has not been fixed.

    I'd suggest you raise a support ticket to Microsoft. Without enviroment at hand, it is hard to troubleshooting such issue.

    Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. Support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.

    Hi Snow

    As far as I know I am the only one that is logged in, but with an company Okta authentication in between.

    I saw the same banner on the PC of a coworker here.
    The error comes again each morning, during the day it seems to work.

    Could you share a screenshot of your issue?

    Is there any other account signed in your office? If sign out fix that issue, it could be authentication issue.
