Several employees including myself have sign in notifications that their "Microsoft Account doesn't exist" even though they have entered valid email and password. This occurs when trying to log into Microsoft itself and not an app within 0365. Can anyone provide help?

Based on your description I understand this issue is affecting multiple users in your organization. First, check different browsers if you get the same error. This seems to be an issue from the back end since it is affecting multiple users, if any of your admins can access the admin center, he can open a service request in the Microsoft 365 admin center to get this issue checked from the back end Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
If you cannot access the admin center, you can consider calling the phone support to help you open a ticket Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
