Authenticator app

I already went through all threads and no one could solve this issue.

I accidentally deleted the authenticator app and cannot login anywhere anymore. I don’t have the recovery code and if i reset my password it sends me codes for authenticator app again, which i cannot access.

Can you please help me individually and set up my email login from scratch again?

It is very urgent, i don’t receive any business email since 2 weeks…
